Official Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contest is open to students currently enrolled in public or private schools in grades K-6. Students enrolled in home school programs may also participate in the contest. Individual students, small groups, or entire classrooms are eligible to enter.

Contest runs from September 1, 2007 through May 31, 2008. The last photo and clues will be posted online May 1, 2008. Students should log onto www.facthound.com/contest under the supervision of a teacher or librarian. Students can enter their guess for the missing information using the photograph and clues provided. Students may need to conduct further research on the topic to find the correct answer. Students may work individually, in small groups, or as entire classrooms.

Please limit students to one entry per month.

Official Contest Prize
Students who correctly guess the missing information in the clues are automatically entered into a random drawing to win a 12-book collection of animal books for their school, valued at nearly $200! The collection includes:

One winner will be chosen each month of the contest for a total of nine monthly winners.
